Paul Miller Racing Announces Second GTD Pro Car For '25

Add another one to the GTD Pro ranks for 2025!

In an awesome bit of news announced on Tuesday, Paul Miller Racing revealed that they're set to expand their GTD Pro efforts next season by introducing a second BMW M4 GT3 Evo to the team dynamic.

The No. 48 will join the No. 1 on the grid as we now see the number of confirmed GTD Pro rides for 2025 increased to six, with two cars a piece coming from the trio of PMR, Ford Multimatic Motorsports and Corvette Racing by Pratt & Miller. That number will of course grow in the coming weeks and months.

It's another development for the PMR operation as they wind down the 2024 season as it was announced on Monday that Bryan Sellers, who has been behind the wheel with Paul Miller Racing since 2016 when they were rocking the Lamborghini Huracán, will be leaving the team to join DXDT Racing in a team manager role.

Sellers and co-driver Madison Snow claimed the GTD championship in 2023 before elevating to the Pro ranks in 2024 and currently sit third in the overall standings and first in the Endurance Cup title fight.

Currently, there is no word on who will pilot the three open seats in the two cars, or hell maybe all four depending on what happens with Snow, although the expectation is that Snow will continue in the No. 1. An easy line to draw would be over to Neil Verhagen, who has raced with PMR through the endurance rounds in 2024 and currently races with Samanatha Tan Racing in GT World Challenge America. Sheldon van der Linde would be a huge target to aim for as the FIA Platinum driver was the fourth man in for PMR at the Rolex 24 back in January. He'll be wrapping up a full season in DTM with Schubert Motorsport and in the WEC for Team WRT in the BMW Hypercar. It would be a tough ask to try and wrestle SVDL away from a Hypercar seat, but hey who knows crazier things have happened.
